About the Space
Cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, big living room, kitchen, loft area and yard space perfect for celebrations. It's is perfect for a private engagement party, a surprise birthday celebration or showcasing small fashion brand. We had many outdoor just garden parties where people enjoyed the outdoor area. Tables can be provided upon request. Also for additional price we can have a person helping you with your event.
IMPORTANT
Upon booking, guests may use the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom. Please note that all celebrations and gatherings must take place outdoors. Indoor parties and events are not permitted. Areas beyond the velvet rope, including the upstairs and other private sections of the cottage, are strictly off-limits unless prior written permission has been granted.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
