At Detroit Creative Studios, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every booking: Before Each Booking: All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, including doorknobs, light switches, chairs, tables, and equipment controls. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as appropriate for each studio area. Restroom is cleaned and fully stocked with soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer. Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. Between Multi-Booking Days: A full reset of each scene area to its original condition. Fresh sanitation of all props and set pieces used. Deep cleaning of audio and visual equipment surfaces. After Each Booking: Thorough space inspection for cleanliness and proper reset. Additional sanitization of any equipment used. Immediate disposal of trash and personal items left behind. Additional Measures: Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the studio. Disinfectant wipes provided for guests to clean surfaces during their session as desired. Studio is professionally deep-cleaned weekly. We are committed to providing a clean, professional space that allows all creators to focus on their best work.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
