The upper level has a covered deck made of wood with great views. There is RV parking and a basketball hoop, patio furniture including a couch, love seat, table and chairs that seat 6. and rectangular propane fire pit. Plus two lounge chairs. You will have access to the entire backyard along with one bathroom that is located in the house and can be accessed through a game room area (game room is not included). Plenty of street parking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
