At RTW Creative Space + Studio, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: 1. Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, tables, seating, and equipment) are disinfected after each booking. Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed depending on the area and activity type. 2. Restroom & Kitchenette Sanitization Restrooms and the kitchenette area are sanitized daily and restocked with soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. We use EPA-approved cleaning products for all disinfecting procedures. 3. Studio Equipment & Props Backdrops, lighting gear, and shared props are wiped down and inspected regularly. Items that cannot be sanitized (e.g., certain fabrics or porous materials) are rotated out of use when needed. 4. Trash & Waste Removal Trash bins are emptied and sanitized after every event. Guests are encouraged to bag and tie their trash before leaving to help us maintain a fresh and ready space for the next booking. 5. Deep Cleaning Schedule In addition to daily cleaning, the studio undergoes a weekly deep clean, including window washing, air filter checks, and baseboard cleaning.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
