We take cleanliness seriously and follow a detailed process before and after every rental to ensure a comfortable, hygienic, and professional experience for all guests. Before Each Booking All high-touch surfaces sanitized (e.g., doorknobs, tables, light switches, handles) Floors vacuumed, mopped, or swept depending on surface All furniture wiped down Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and restocked (toilet paper, soap, hand towels) Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned and streak-free Trash bins emptied and disinfected After Each Booking Full inspection of space for trash or damage All furniture and equipment returned to proper placement Surfaces and shared equipment re-sanitized Trash removed and bins relined Restroom refreshed and cleaned again
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
