🧼 Our Cleaning Process Your health and safety are our top priority. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the space before each booking, following CDC-recommended guidelines. High-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and seating areas are sanitized with EPA-approved products. We also air out the space between bookings to ensure a fresh environment. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for your use during your session. We want you to feel confident and comfortable while using our space!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
