About the Space
This gorgeous custom waterfront home is in the pristine Isle of Palms community.
We are located just a short walk from the beach and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Entering the house you will have a new white baby grand piano.
Each bedroom offers a waterfront view with tons of natural light and ensuite bathrooms.
Cool off in the refreshing saltwater pool or fish off the private deepwater dock!
Enjoy dinner on the back deck, sip some wine by the stone-wrapped fire pit, or swing on the dock while watching an unforgettable Lowcountry sunset. Soak up the views of the waterway, marshes, silhouettes of bridges, and various local wildlife.
The kitchen is fit for a chef and features a gas stove, double ovens, a warming drawer, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an ice maker, a wine cooler, three sinks, and lots of counter space with a large center island.

Health and Safety Measures
Dusting: Start at the highest point and work your way down, dusting from the entrance of the room in a clockwise direction. Use a loosely held disinfectant cloth to absorb dust and germs.
Cleaning windows: Windex the windows when necessary. Wipe down the door frames with a lint-free cloth and cleaning spray.
Cleaning mirrors: Use a disinfecting wipe or a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner.
Sweeping and mopping floors: Sweep and mop all floors.
Emptying the trash: Take out the trash and the recycling. Use disinfectant to clean out trash cans when they are emptied..
Vacuuming carpets: Vacuum carpets to remove dirt from the carpet pile.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
