About Guinn Center
The venue includes five different rooms: Great Hall, Treatment Room, Classroom, Lab, and Parlour Room. The space is great for large events, break out activities, and curated experiences. There are tall, vaulted ceilings in every room, and outdoor space, including a covered patio. Chandeliers, lights and sconces include a full spectrum of color options for lighting designs. Furniture available for use includes 6ft folding tables, 4ft folding tables, conference chairs, couches, and various decorative tables. There is a large kitchenette (no oven/stove top) that includes a refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, sink, cabinets and counter space.

Health and Safety Measures
Vacuum, mop, and broom are located in the storage room next to the Great Hall. Please clean up any noticeable messes, spills and stains. Put back all furniture and supplies. Please leave the community center how you found it, or better. Remove all items from the kitchen and refrigerator. Turn off all the lights. Place all trash outside in the bins located in the dumpster area near the cell tower. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
