🧼 Our Cleaning Process Your safety and comfort are top priorities at Arcadea. After every booking, we follow a thorough cleaning routine that includes: • Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, etc.) with EPA-approved products • Washing all linens and towels using hot water and fragrance-free detergent • Vacuuming and mopping all floors, followed by a surface wipe-down • Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen with attention to detail • Air circulation between bookings to keep the space feeling fresh We also use smart sensors and timers for air purifiers and keep hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes available onsite for your peace of mind. So whether you’re here to shoot, game, or chill — rest assured, we keep it spotless.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
