Brick hard scape in back yard. 10 foot deep pool with diving board and spa. Access to 2 bathrooms, a gas BBQ outside. Patio furniture and one table that seats 6pm. You can use kitchen appliances, ad use pool and shuffle board tables indoors. It is a very quiet neighborhood on a culta-sac and butts up to Peters Canyon. Plenty of street parking. There is a nearby park with structures for young children.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
