🌴 The Cloud Tiki Oasis – COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures between every booking to ensure a clean and worry-free experience for all guests. ✅ Cleaning Procedures Between Each Booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, counters, railings, arcade buttons, etc.) are thoroughly disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning agents. Bathrooms, kitchenette, and all indoor furniture are deep-cleaned and sanitized. Outdoor seating, game equipment, golf clubs, and frequently handled surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant. All linens (if applicable) are washed on high heat settings. Floors are vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant solution. Hand sanitizer is available on-site for guest use. 👥 Professional Hospitality Cleaning Team: All cleaners are veterans of the hospitality industry with years of professional experience. Our head cleaner is certified in Hospitality Sanitation & Guest Services, ensuring every clean meets elevated industry standards. 🧼 Ventilation & Air Quality: Indoor areas are ventilated between bookings. Windows may be opened before arrival to allow fresh airflow. 💬 Your Role as a Guest: Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been recently exposed. Dispose of used items properly and return all games/equipment to designated areas. Wash hands regularly and use provided hand sanitizer. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
