About the Space

Host your next event in our ground-level gallery in Logan square! The house was built in 1911 and stunningly gut-rehabbed with a top architect in 2012. The space boasts 12 feet ceilings, accordion glass front door, exposed brick wall and reclaimed tin ceiling. The cozy outdoor space was thoughtfully redesigned for intimate parties. Other amenities include built-in surround sound, ceiling picture hanging system, 2 ADA compliant bathrooms, mini kitchen and a water feature in the yard. One space parking is available on site. The space was formerly known as Gallery 2337. 80 guests standing, 40 guests for sit down party Perfect space for variety of uses: -Private parties -Performances -Networking events -Creative/art event -Photo shoot -meetings -trunk shows -and more! Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
