The house was built in 1911 and stunningly gut-rehabbed with a top architect in 2012.
The space boasts 12 feet ceilings, accordion glass front door, exposed brick wall and reclaimed tin ceiling. The cozy outdoor space was thoughtfully redesigned for intimate parties. Other amenities include built-in surround sound, ceiling picture hanging system, 2 ADA compliant bathrooms, mini kitchen and a water feature in the yard.
One space parking is available on site.
The space was formerly known as Gallery 2337.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
