Book your next birthday, graduation or house party, movie screening or wedding in our beautifully spacious and intimate backyard and patio oasis! Our beautiful covered patio with railings and sprawling, green backyard with tiki torches provides the perfect outdoor setting for social gatherings, movie screenings, parties and events for small to large groups of people. Feel free to decorate the patio and backyard however you want. Perfect venue for college parties and social clubs. Smoking is allowed and we can provide a 16FT Inflatable Movie Screen with projector and Wifi for your event. Unlimited free street parking is available and our spacious driveway accommodates at least 8 vehicles. This allows for easy access for all of your guests to the event venue. Chairs, tables and Wifi included.

We clean and disinfect all areas of the space including the door handles leading in and out of the space and the bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests during events and regularly during normal business hours.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
