Health and Safety Measures
Your health and safety are our priority. Between every booking, we follow a strict cleaning routine to ensure the space is sanitized and ready for use: • All high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, whiteboard markers, etc.) are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products • Floors are swept and mopped daily • Tables and seating areas are wiped down thoroughly • The restroom is sanitized and restocked with fresh hand soap and paper towels • Trash is removed, and bins are lined with new bags • Air is refreshed by opening windows and using fans when possible • Hand sanitizer is available for guests upon entry Let us know if you have specific needs—we’re happy to accommodate!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
