What We Clean Between Every Booking: All high-touch surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, countertops, appliance handles) are disinfected All bathrooms are deep-cleaned and sanitized Floors throughout the home (hardwood and rugs) are vacuumed and mopped Kitchen surfaces, appliances, and sinks are cleaned and sanitized Trash is removed and liners are replaced If applicable, linens and towels are laundered and refreshed 🧼 Deep Cleaning Schedule: In addition to event-by-event cleanings, the home undergoes regular deep cleaning, including: Interior window washing Baseboard and trim detailing Ventilation and filter checks Upholstery and furniture cleaning 🧹 Products & Standards: We use hospital-grade disinfectants and non-toxic, eco-conscious products wherever possible. Cleaning is performed by a professional team experienced in preparing homes for events and group use.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
