About Staunton Apostolic Church
Our sanctuary has 100 seats and has a stage. It is equipped with audio and video projection equipment which may be purchased as an "add on". This is great for vision meetings and presentations. We ask that no food or drink besides water be brought into this area. The sanctuary is $100/hour plus $50/hour for media center personnel (see "add on"). The Meeting Space and the Event Space may be combined for a fee of $200/hour with no additional fee for media center personnel. A minimum of 2 hours is required per booking. Use of the nursery is provided with each booking.

Must return the space back to its original configuration and clean all areas thoroughly in accordance with the rental checklist provided. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of $100.00 for each occurrence.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
