This spacious first-floor training room is accessible via a wide staircase (please note there is no lift). It includes a private, clean kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, cutlery, and a coffee machine, along with access to a communal kitchen. Several large shared washrooms (separate for men and women) are available within the building. The building offers secure, gated onsite paid parking and has two main entrances: one from Leyton High Road and another via the rear car park. The room is highly versatile and can be used for: - Meetings - Training sessions - Workshops - Exams - Marketing or content studio - Party events are allowed, including celebrations and social gatherings - Conference The space includes approximately 30 chairs, a large admin desk, a big TV screen and more. Items in the room can be removed or rearranged upon request to suit your needs. Bright overhead lighting (ideal for reading/writing). Carpeted floor, clean walls, minimal distractions. A professional cleaner maintains the communal spaces weekly or more often if needed. The office is cleaned on regular basis. All areas, including the training room, kitchens, and washrooms, are cleaned and disinfected to high standards. Hand soap, disinfectant spray, and toilet paper are replenished regularly to ensure guest comfort and hygiene.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
