We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously at Pacific Axes. In addition to having a professional cleaning crew that disinfects restrooms and common areas regularly, our staff also performs thorough cleaning between each group or event. We leave a buffer time between bookings to allow for enhanced sanitizing of high-touch surfaces and shared equipment. All wood surfaces, including our axe targets, are disinfected regularly to prevent mold and maintain a hygienic environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
