The House is a thoughtfully repurposed 1940s gem located on a prominent corner in Inman Park, shaded by twin magnolias and full of natural charm. With interiors designed by Smith Hanes Studio, the space blends vintage character with modern function perfect for meetings, workshops, photo shoots, and film productions. Inside, you’ll find a peaceful library with custom bookshelves built in 1976 by local craftsman Tom Hall, a light-filled kitchenette with views of the neighborhood, and a beautifully styled meeting space for seven. The space also includes private phone and dressing rooms, offering added comfort and flexibility. The overall interior feels both timeless and inspiring. Outside, our courtyard and The Lawn provide additional space for gathering, surrounded by lush greenery and rustic textures. Whether you're planning a creative session, team retreat, or styled shoot, The House offers a warm, unique backdrop designed to support meaningful work and beautiful results.

The House is cleaned between each visit, but we ask that all guests tidy up after themselves. Please note that trash in the meeting room bins will be emptied during each scheduled cleaning. If you have any large or excess trash, kindly dispose of it in the outdoor bins located under the carport.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
