Two single-stall restrooms (1 ADA Accessible) Open transitional space outside the restrooms for coat racks, welcome signage, or vendor setup Furniture is fully movable to accommodate seated, standing, or hybrid layouts Features & Amenities Beautiful natural light throughout Minimalist, neutral design ideal for styling Flexible seating and table options available Candles, plants, and curated decor available upon request Staff support available for setup/breakdown as needed Sparrow is woman-owned, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and independently run. Health and Safety Measures

We take great care in maintaining a clean, serene, and well-prepared environment for every guest. Our cleaning process is as thoughtful as the events we host: Before Each Booking All surfaces (including chairs, tables, countertops, and fixtures) are disinfected Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and restocked with hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped, including corners and high-traffic areas Entry areas, door handles, and shared touchpoints are sanitized Light decor is refreshed or rotated as needed to maintain visual clarity and calm After Each Booking Trash and recycling are removed and replaced with clean liners Furniture is returned to default layout and inspected for damage or stains Bathrooms are re-checked and cleaned Floors and touchpoints are cleaned again, especially after food/drink service Deep cleaning is scheduled as needed between high-traffic rentals Additional Notes: Our space is ventilated between bookings whenever possible Natural, non-toxic cleaning products are used wherever appropriate We ask all guests to leave the space in good condition; excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
