Here’s an inside look at our process: Pre-Booking Deep Clean – Sanitize all food-prep surfaces with EPA-approved, food-safe disinfectants. – Steam-clean floors in kitchen and lounge areas to remove any grease or spills. – Polish stainless steel appliances (ovens, ranges, prep tables) to a streak-free shine. – Dust and wipe down light fixtures, window sills, murals, and décor elements. Turnover Checklists – Kitchenware & Small Wares: Every pot, pan, utensil, and dish runs through our high-temperature commercial dishwasher and is inspected for spots or residue. – Trash & Recycling: Bins are emptied, liners replaced, and containers wiped inside and out. – Surface Inspection: Countertops, bar tops, tabletops, and communal tables are wiped with microfiber cloths and food-safe cleaner. – Floor Care: After sweeping, floors are mopped with a degreasing solution in the kitchen and a neutral cleaner in the lounge and patio. Post-Event Sanitization – High-Touch Points: Door handles, light switches, sound-system controls, and remote controls get an extra pass with disinfectant wipes. – Restroom Maintenance: Toilets, sinks, and fixtures are scrubbed and sanitized; restock of paper goods and soap is confirmed. – Final Walk-Through: Our host or cleaning supervisor completes a room-by-room walk, ticking off a standardized checklist to ensure everything is guest-ready. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
