We maintain strict cleaning and sanitation protocols before and after every booking to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all guests. 🧹 General Studio Cleaning (Daily & Between Bookings) • All floors throughout the studio are swept, vacuumed, and mopped daily and between bookings • Common touchpoints (door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, gear cases) are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners • Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced after every rental • All furniture and props are wiped down and reset to default positions • Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and restocked daily 🎥 Photography & Film Sets • Sets are reset and lightly cleaned after every use • Furniture, staging props, and decor are wiped down and dusted regularly • Boudoir and family sets receive extra attention to cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep • Seamless paper backdrops are checked for wear — damaged portions are trimmed or replaced as needed 🧼 Cyclorama Wall • The cyc wall is swept and cleaned after each use • Scuff marks are removed where possible • If the wall is heavily used (e.g., shoes, tires, paint), it will be repainted prior to the next booking or as part of a cyc repaint service (fees apply) 🎙️ Podcast Studio • All microphones, headphones, camera gear, chairs, and tables are disinfected after each session • The podcast studio is vacuumed and wiped down daily • Surfaces are sanitized using electronics-safe cleaning products 💄 Green Room & Makeup Area • Countertops, chairs, and mirrors are wiped down and disinfected daily • High-touch areas (light switches, vanity edges, drawers) are cleaned between bookings • Hair, makeup, and grooming trash is removed after every session
