🧼 Post-Rental Cleaning Process – Outdoor Patio 🕐 Estimated Time: 30–60 minutes ⸻ ✅ Step 1: General Cleanup • Walk through the patio to assess the space • Pick up and dispose of all trash in designated bins • Remove any leftover food, bottles, cups, and paper goods • Shake out and wipe down all seat cushions, if applicable ⸻ ✅ Step 2: Fire Pit Area • Ensure fire is completely out and cooled • Remove any large ashes or debris (leave small amount for next lighting, if desired) • Restock firewood neatly if used • Sweep the surrounding area of any ash or debris ⸻ ✅ Step 3: Grill Cleaning • If used, scrape grill grates and wipe down exterior with grill-safe cleaner • Empty drip pan if needed • Return grill cover if applicable ⸻ ✅ Step 4: Cooler • Empty any remaining ice, water, or beverages • Wipe interior and exterior with disinfectant • Leave lid open to air dry ⸻ ✅ Step 5: Bathroom • Disinfect toilet, sink, and surfaces • Replace toilet paper and paper towels • Empty trash bin and replace liner • Mop or wipe floor if necessary ⸻ ✅ Step 6: Final Touches • Sweep or blow off patio surface (leaves, crumbs, etc.) • Wipe down tables and other surfaces • Straighten chairs and seating back into original arrangement
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
