To ensure the space remains welcoming and ready for all guests, we have the following cleaning guidelines:
1. Before Your Event:
o Our Vibe Central Events (VCE) staff thoroughly cleans and inspects the venue before your arrival. This includes sanitizing all high-touch surfaces (door handles, fridge, microwave, countertops), sweeping, mopping if needed, and ensuring bathrooms are clean and refreshed. The space will be presented in its original, pristine condition.
2. During Your Event:
o Please help us keep the space tidy throughout your event. Cleaning supplies (multi-surface cleaner, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, sponges, broom, mop, etc.) are conveniently located by the utility sink in the back room for your use. We provide one (1) trash bag for events less than 4 hours, and two (2) trash bags for events 4 hours or more.
3. After Your Event: Guest Responsibilities
o To restore the space to its original condition, guests are responsible for the following:
Removing all individual property, food, and decor items that were not present upon entry. No food or beverage should be left on the premises, including in the refrigerator or microwave.
Collecting all trash, emptying it into the provided trash bags, tying up the bags (including bathroom), and leaving them at the back exit.
Wiping down tables, chairs, countertops, and other frequently touched surfaces. The kitchenette area must be cleaned if used.
Sweeping and mopping if needed. Cleaning products are available on-site.
Folding all tables and chairs and returning them neatly to the designated storage area in the back.
Cleaning up any spilled messes on tables, chairs, or the floor.
4. Vibe Central Events Final Cleaning:
o Following your departure, VCE staff perform a final walkthrough and handle all deep cleaning tasks to ensure the space is fully sanitized and reset for future events.
