Our team performs thorough cleanings of the venue both before and after each event to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for every guest. Prior to the event, we sanitize high-touch surfaces, restock restrooms, and ensure all areas are spotless and event-ready. After the event, we promptly clean and reset the space, managing waste disposal, deep-cleaning floors and restrooms, and preparing the venue for its next use. Our commitment to cleanliness helps maintain the beauty of the venue and ensures a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
