Driven By Design: Ortega Center Studios provides several outdoor and indoor areas for commercial & video shoots. We have a beautiful partially covered patio complete with pair waterfalls and a decorative wall. We have a rooftop space for open air shoots. We have various indoor modern spaces for commercial, shorts, and movies including kitchen, living room, center for performing and martial arts space, a bar countertop area and various rooms.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

In addition to all the above measure, the house is clean so video production can commence on arrival. Ongoing cleaning throughout the entire shoot can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
