About Leiminspace
The space is highly versatile as it lends to art shows, photoshoots, podcasting, video shoots, workshops, creative panels and more. The bottom level of the space features white walls and high ceilings with lighting that is optimal for exhibiting artwork. The staircase is located in the middle of the space which guides foot traffic in a natural loop-this tends to support intentional storytelling. Currently only the lower-level is available through Peerspace.

The space is cleaned weekly by professional cleaning services and maintained in between rentals by the host.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
