Each year, we transform our entire 4000 sq ft venue into a spectacular seasonal exhibit, perfect for hosting unforgettable Halloween events, brand activations, and creative gatherings. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The venue spans two floors and includes a dramatic 8-foot staircase, a 3D blacklight art installation, a main dancefloor, and a speakeasy-style bar/lounge on the upper level. There’s also a private vault room and two restrooms for convenience. Each area can be customized—whether you're planning a dance party, a dinner, a spooky walkthrough, or an interactive art experience. What unique features or amenities does your space have? This isn’t just a rental—it’s a **turnkey Halloween experience**. Designed annually by a renowned production designer (credits include *The Crooked Man*, *Sharknado 3, 4 & 6*), the space comes pre-decorated for the season with immersive visuals and themed décor. We also offer access to a curated list of trusted 3rd-party vendors, including tarot readers, DJs, magicians, photographers, food trucks, private chefs, balloon artists, live painters, and more. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
