About Create & Be Studio
This creative micro venue is perfect for open mics, acoustic sets, poetry readings, podcast tapings, and pop-up art shows. With seating for up to 30 or standing room for 40, the open layout includes folding chairs, lounge futons, and four six-foot tables available for flexible setups.
The space includes performance lighting, two mics, Bluetooth speakers, and a 2-channel mixer — with an on-site audio engineer included in every booking to manage sound and protect equipment. Guests may bring their own DJ controller if needed.
Rotating local art adds a gallery-style feel, making this space ideal for artistic and cultural gatherings. BYOB is allowed (21+ only). No kid parties or wall alterations. Security camera in main area for safety.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking.
High-touch surfaces (tables, door handles, equipment) are disinfected between uses.
Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and all furniture is wiped down.
Trash must be bagged by guests and placed in the designated bin at the end of your event.
Basic cleaning supplies are available on-site if needed.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or disorganized.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
