The open layout and flexible setup options make it perfect for both social celebrations and professional gatherings. The space features two main rooms: a spacious ballroom ideal for ceremonies, dancing, or seated dining, and a separate food and bar area perfect for catering setup or cocktail service. It also includes a large outdoor patio that’s great for mingling, photo ops, or lounge-style seating. The layout flows seamlessly to accommodate both intimate and large-scale events. The space can comfortably hold up to 300 guests. We offer 360-degree window views, filling the loft with natural light throughout the day. The interior showcases a modern industrial design with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and clean white finishes. Additional amenities include in-house event rentals (tables, chairs, linens, florals, balloon decor, staging, speakers), a private catering services starting at $25/person, podcast setup rental, changing rooms, bathroom.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest, a professional cleaning service is hired between each booking. The loft is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, kitchen and bathroom areas, and all shared spaces. We take pride in maintaining a spotless environment so you can focus on your event or production with peace of mind.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
