Popular uses include birthday parties (kids and adults), baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, engagement parties, family celebrations, and small gatherings with friends. The large backyard is ideal for outdoor dining, games, photo setups, or even a dance floor, while the indoor kitchen makes catering and food prep simple and convenient. Our home setting combines the comfort and privacy of a residential space with the versatility of a professional venue. Highlights include a spacious backyard with ample room for large groups, a fully equipped kitchen that makes catering easy, and an indoor bathroom for guest convenience. The backyard’s natural greenery creates a beautiful backdrop for photos, while its open layout can be transformed for any theme or style. Health and Safety Measures

We thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas before each event, including the kitchen, bathroom, and backyard. Floors are swept and mopped, surfaces disinfected, and trash bins emptied and ready for your use. We ask guests to remove their items and trash at the end of their booking so we can prepare the space for the next group.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
