Our Cleaning & Sanitation Process At Memi’s, the health and safety of our guests and staff is a top priority. We follow a strict cleaning and sanitation protocol every day to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Here’s what we do to keep things spotless: Daily Deep Cleaning: All dining areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. After Each Table: Tables, chairs, and menus are fully sanitized after every guest. Kitchen Sanitation: Our kitchen staff follows health department guidelines, including routine handwashing, glove use, and regular equipment sanitizing. Professional Cleaning: We bring in a professional cleaning crew for additional deep cleaning during non-operating hours. Compliance: We stay up to date with all health and safety standards and have passed all recent health inspections with flying colors. We take pride in keeping Memi’s clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone. If you have any questions or special requests, we’re happy to accommodate!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
