Front of House (Dining Room, Bar, Host Area) Tables & Chairs: Wipe and disinfect after each guest; sanitize menus and condiment holders. Floors: Sweep after each shift; mop at close with degreasing solution. Windows & Glass Surfaces: Spot clean as needed; fully wipe down at the end of the day. Restrooms: Disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, and handles multiple times a day. POS Systems & Registers: Wipe down with disinfectant cloths to reduce cross-contamination. Weekly Cleaning Tasks Clean behind equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators). Deep clean and descale espresso machines, soda fountains, or ice machines. Sanitize storage shelves and wipe down walls. Check inventory for expired food and dispose accordingly. Scrub walk-in coolers and clean gaskets. 📅 Monthly or Deep Cleaning Tasks Ventilation & Hood Systems: Remove and degrease filters. Floor Drains: Deep clean with enzymatic cleaner. Walls, Ceilings, Light Fixtures: Dust, wipe down, and remove grease. Pest Control: Perform inspections and apply treatments if needed. Upholstery & Decor: Vacuum, shampoo, or spot clean fabric and carpet areas. ✅ Best Practices Use color-coded cloths for different areas (restrooms vs. kitchen). Maintain a cleaning checklist with sign-off sheets per shift. Store cleaning chemicals separately from food and label clearly. Ensure all staff are trained on proper sanitizing procedures, especially for food contact surfaces (per local health codes and ServSafe guidelines).

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
