Our event space is cleaned and sanitized both before and after each booking to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. Prior to your arrival, all high-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly disinfected, and the space is reset to its original condition. Following each event, our cleaning team conducts a detailed post-event cleanup, which includes trash removal, surface sanitation, and a full inspection to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Your health, safety, and experience are our top priorities.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
