Our space is highly flexible and fully equipped to support: • Celebrations (birthdays, showers, receptions) • Corporate events, meetings, and trainings • Pop-up shops and vendor events • Podcast recordings and content creation • Classes, seminars, and community meetups ⸻ 🔹 What Is the Layout of the Space and How Can It Be Used? We offer two usable spaces that can be booked individually or together: • 1,100 sq ft private side – perfect for more intimate setups, classes, or smaller events • 2,534 sq ft shared/common area – ideal for large gatherings, open layouts, or vendor markets Each area is open-concept, allowing for full customization to fit your event’s flow and purpose. ⸻ 🔹 What Unique Features or Amenities Does Your Space Have? We offer a variety of convenient and premium amenities, including: • Central air conditioning for comfort • High-speed WiFi • Easy access and a great location • Plenty of free parking in the front and back (no towing) • Security cameras at the front and rear for safety (video only, no audio) • Custom add-ons through our in-house company, Decode Your Wish, including: • Event setup and breakdown • DJ services • Food and catering • Computer stations and desks • Podcast setup and production Whether you’re planning a party, podcast, class, or corporate function—we provide everything you need to bring your vision to life. 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 YOU ARE BOOKING THE FRONT AREA ONLY – 1,150 SQ FT. If you would like to add the back area (an additional 2,250 SQ FT), PLEASE SEND A DIRECT MESSAGE BEFORE BOOKING.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
