Our 3rd Space cafe feels perfect for: live music, podcast creations, book readings, open mics, special dinners, cocktail receptions, pop up events, baby showers, and beyond. If your team has a vision and/or suggestion, we are open to flipping the space to fit your purpose. Rates are dependent on time of day. PHILLY'S FIRST and ONLY FOOD RESCUE Chef menu with beverage service available for an additional fee. Our 800 sq ft space is located in Northwest Philly, at the Historical intersection of Germantown and Mount Airy Avenues. Features: 20 seats indoors / 35 standing room- chairs, couch, recliner , as well as stools Dimmable lighting Large windows facing Germantown and Mount Airy Avenues For an additional fee, we have optional features available: In-house coffee services In-house catering services with our menu Podcast Equipment to Livestream/Create on Site There will always be an on-site event supervisor present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are a few blocks from Chestnut Hill, Regional Rail and SEPTA ROUTES - 23, H (71) and 18 SOOK Vinyl , Quintessence Theatre, Woodmere Museum and other popular attractions and restaurants in Northwest Philly.

Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
