This rustic-modern space is ideal for: Cooking video shoots & recipe reels Food photography & cookbook content Podcast interviews & voiceover work Creative workshops & private meetings Small corporate gatherings & trainings Culinary testing & content days Art pop-ups & storytelling events What’s Included: A fully functional, commercial kitchen studio with natural light, counter space, and open layout A banquet/conference hall that accommodates up to 50 guests for seated events, workshops, or group sessions A quiet podcast/media nook perfect for intimate recording setups Private parking lot for up to 30 vehicles (Clark & Charles Street) Secure entry with cameras at doorways for guest safety Access to restrooms, prep tables, and open floorplan flexibility Tables, chairs, and lighting gear available upon request 🕒 Booking Details: Minimum rental: 4 hours Available in two blocks daily (Closed Sunday): Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Afternoon Session: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Between Every Booking: High-touch surfaces disinfected — countertops, door handles, light switches, faucets, and appliances Floors swept and mopped, with special attention to kitchen and entry areas Trash bins emptied and sanitized; fresh liners placed Restrooms cleaned and restocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Tables, chairs, and equipment wiped down thoroughly Guest Responsibilities: Please dispose of all trash in provided bins Clean any spills or messes during your booking to help us maintain quality for all renters Remove all personal items and decorations by the end of your rental Notify us immediately if any damage or cleaning issues arise
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
