We follow a professional, detailed cleaning process between each guest to ensure the space is spotless and sanitized: ✅ What We Do: High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles) are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaners. All linens – including sheets, pillowcases, and towels – are professionally washed and replaced after every stay. Bathrooms are deep-cleaned and sanitized top to bottom. Floors and rugs are vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant. Kitchen surfaces and appliances are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Air circulation is refreshed between bookings for a crisp, clean feel. We also stock the home with hand soap, paper towels, disinfectant spray, and cleaning wipes for your convenience.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
