Fully private and built for performance, this space can be outfitted with an optional backline including keys, amps, guitars, and drum kits, along with 48 lines of audio for full-band rehearsals or multi-track recording. Video production capabilities and on-site audio engineers are available to capture your rehearsal or event with professional quality. Whether you're running a full-band set or hosting a speaking engagement, this space adapts to your needs. Comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests and includes access to bathrooms, a kitchenette, and free on-site parking. We wipe down, sanitize and disinfect before each booking and our cleaners deep clean the room weekly to make sure you're able to meet in a clean and inviting room.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
