Our Cleaning Process: We take cleanliness and safety seriously. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, and seating areas. We use hospital-grade disinfectants and maintain proper ventilation throughout the space. Hand sanitizer is available on-site, and surfaces are wiped down between sessions to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
