Cleaning Protocol Your health, safety, and comfort are a top priority at CreateYorOwn Studio. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset daily to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, equipment, and furniture Vacuuming and mopping all floors for a spotless appearance Disinfecting gear and props between bookings Regular air circulation and freshening We kindly ask all guests to leave the studio in the condition it was found to help us maintain a clean, safe, and inspiring space for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
