This versatile downtown studio is perfect for a wide range of creative productions — from video shoots, podcast recordings, and product photography to cooking content. The space is equipped with a full LED wall, a modern kitchen studio, a dedicated podcast corner, and multiple backdrops for professional product images. The layout is open-concept, allowing for easy movement between sets. The kitchen and podcast zones are divided for simultaneous use, and the LED wall creates an immersive environment for dynamic video production. Please note: Our studio is located between an office and warehouse space, which may introduce some sound limitations. For any audio-sensitive productions, we recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate the best time slots. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning between sessions. We do our best to ensure the space is clean and ready for every guest. If you have any specific requests, feel free to reach out in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
