Here’s what you can expect: • Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings: After each reservation, the entire space is professionally cleaned. This includes vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down all surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, counters, and bathroom fixtures. • Disinfecting Protocols: We use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize all major surfaces and equipment areas. Special attention is given to shared or high-traffic spaces to minimize health risks. • Fresh Linens & Supplies: If applicable, all towels, linens, and bedding are replaced and freshly laundered. Paper products and toiletries are restocked and replaced with sealed, unused items. • Ventilation & Airflow: We ensure the space is well-ventilated between bookings by opening windows and allowing fresh air to circulate before each arrival. • Final Walkthrough: Before your check-in, our team conducts a final inspection to make sure everything is in place, clean, and ready for your production use.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
