The Bays when empty can accommodate meetings ,art shows , parties, pop up events, these events can easily spread out into the parking area with parking instead nearby . The bays lit with beautiful soft daylight can accommodate a still shoot, film shoot ,the corner office space is a comfortable lounge /work /office area. Located on the edge of downtown Long Beach close to restaurants , museums, walking distance to the beach .

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
