Welcome to Lumos, our newly remodeled 800 sq. ft. loft-style photography studio, featuring custom-painted walls - white, dark gray French wash, and light gray French wash - that double as versatile backdrops. The space boasts lofty ceilings, with the lowest height starting at 9 feet and has all equipment and props included in the rental price! (see the full list of gear below) Please note: The studio does not have natural light. However, we provide an 84-inch octa softbox and continuous lighting that can effectively simulate daylight for your shoot. Backdrops: 6 seamless paper backdrops (107" wide) on a motorized mount Color options: white, black, beige, yellow, red, and pink Note: Requesting a brand-new backdrop adds a $20 fee Gear Included in Rental: Everything you need is here - lights (strobes + continuous), flash triggers, C-stands, tripods, boom arms, modifiers, backdrops, portable laptop desk, TV, props, even a tethering cable. Whether you’re dialing in gear or need a second pair of hands, we’re here to help make your experience seamless. Pets are welcome in the studio! We kindly ask that they be supervised at all times and remain well-behaved throughout the booking. If pets become disruptive or pose a safety issue, we reserve the right to cancel the session. Need accommodations? The studio is on the 3rd floor. If mobility or gear access is a concern, use the ramp + elevator at the back entrance (1941 Utah Ave S via loading dock).
