Space is good for: Content creating, unboxing, podcast, auditions, life style photoshoot, Headshots. Available spaces: headshot and audition room. Living room and Bedroom can be used for filming content and photos. Sheer white curtains, painted textured walls and ceilings. Option of pink or beige bed sheets. Audition room includes two backdrops gray and beige. Actor may request help with audition directions or for a reader. Projector and screen available in the living room. No TVs in apartment. Two bathrooms for talent/crew. A dog resides in the apt, if allergic do not book this space. Dog will not be present during shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
