About the Space
I am a photographer, so I designed our living room to be functional, but also allow photo shoots to happen. The decor is a mix of modern day (west elm couch) and vintage finds (rugs, paintings, pottery, books), with live plants strewn aboiut. The living room has incredible natural light, or a soft-box-type-light when you pull the shades down. We have a Samsung picture tv, that can cast from your phone, and I have an array of backgrounds to chose from (travel photography). An amazon echo allows you to play your own music! In the second sitting room we have a seating area in front of the historic fireplace! We have a small bathroom right off the sitting room for use as well. Right now our house is open to the first two rooms to rent for photo shoots! Hoping to add in more in the future :) Minimum booking time is 2 hours, no exceptions. Please make sure all booking requests have at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
