Cleaning Protocol We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and hygienic experience. Thorough cleaning is conducted before and after every booking, including disinfecting all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. Floors are swept, mopped, and sanitized, and all trash is removed between events. Our staff uses EPA-approved cleaning products to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Restrooms are stocked, cleaned, and checked regularly during events. For multi-room rentals, each space is individually cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. We maintain a professional environment that meets or exceeds standard hospitality cleaning guidelines, so you and your guests can feel at ease throughout your event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
