There’s a dedicated private area that can be used as a green room, dressing room, or VIP lounge. You’ll also find mirrors and chairs available, perfect for beauty setups, makeup application, or client-ready stations. The studio is equipped with air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort, plus a refrigerator for refreshments or product storage. Additional amenities include: • On-site bathroom • Loading dock access for easy equipment drop-off • Affordable nearby parking ($10 all-day lot, $3 lots, metered street parking) Whether you’re filming content, styling hair, or hosting a private activation, this flexible space is designed to meet the needs of modern creatives and professionals.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, including: • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, chairs, mirrors, counters, etc.) • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors • Sanitizing the bathroom and restocking supplies • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners • Wiping down all chairs, tables, and equipment used We ask that guests leave the space in the same condition they found it. Please remove any items you brought in, and place all trash in the designated bins. If additional deep cleaning is required due to misuse or excessive mess, extra charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
