Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Protocol: We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a positive experience. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tabletops, and equipment. All floors are swept and mopped regularly, and trash is removed promptly. Restrooms are stocked and sanitized before each use. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. Shared equipment (lighting gear, chairs, tables, etc.) is wiped down between bookings. We kindly ask all guests to tidy up after their session and leave the space as they found it to help us maintain a clean and professional environment for everyone

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
